You really, Really, REALLY need to upgrade your Web Browser!
I mean, SERIOUSLY... Frames and Java have been a part of the HTML standard since around 1996!

This page does not have any of the fancy "bells and whistles" that the real Sceptre of Shalimar Home Page has. It is here only as a convenience for people who either have very old Web Browsers, or are so blazingly paranoid that they will not allow even the most simple of basic Java commands to run (such as those used to animate the buttons on the real Sceptre of Shalimar Home Page).

Please note that this Web Page is no longer maintained, and hasn't been updated in quite some time... As of October 2004 (the last time this page was updated) everything worked. No guarantees whatsoever that everything will continue to work in the future...
